    As a small business we provide outstanding customer service because each account has a route specialist that learns the intricacies of your business. From the initial consulation to the scheduled working of an account we have had for 25 years, we strive to make sure every person that uses the machines is completely satisfied with their experience. If anyone is not completely satisfied, the owner's phone number is posted on every machine so that we can guarantee any issue will be rapidly resolved to the best of our ability.

  • Selection?

    Another benefit of being a small business is that we can carry any products that we choose. We are not restricted by any one manufacturer. This is an added benefit because some accounts require very specific items that major manufacturers do not provide to their consumers. We can pick and choose what items the account wants from a variety of manufacturers to suit the needs of each individual account.

  • Technology?

    Just like with our selection, we can use machines from every manufacturer out there. We have machines from Crane Merchandising Systems which includes Automatic Products and USelectIt. We can find the exact machine to fit your company's needs.

  • Green?

    At Advanced Vending Solutions, we strive to be as green as possible. Being the type of company we are lends easily to being green. 90% of our waste is corrugated cardboard. In fact, we do not even have a trash dumpster because we produce so little actual waste. On average we only produce a tall kitchen garbage bag of waste every other week or so. Most of that waste comes from errors in the major manufacturers process that produces products that are not sealed properly, chips with only air in them, or products that were crushed during the delivery process. If it was not for that we would have next to nothing wasted.


    The biggest contributor to our carbon footprint is the routes we run to fill the machines. We keep our trucks in excellent working condition to make sure the engines operate at peak efficiency. We also arrange our routes so that the least amount of gas is used to run the route. This is a win-win because we save money and the environment at the same time. We can also use larger machines so that the frequencies we have to work the accounts can be expanded to save time and gas as well. When we have to move machines, we schedule these events so that we have a full day of moving equipment to save time and gas as well.


    We also use EnergyStar rated machines. These insure that the least power possible is used. In addition, if the area where the machines are placed are well lit then we can turn off the internal lighting systems to save even more energy.

  • Security?

    At the intial consult, you will meet the owner so you will know who you can contact if there is any problem that you feel is not being resolved to your satisfaction. Soon thereafter you will meet your route specialist. This person will first and foremost abide by any security specifications set forth by your business such as signing and wearing a visitor badge to being escorted through your facility if it is required.


    Your route specialist will have a uniform with our logo on the left side and their name on the right so that everyone will know who they are at all times. The route specialist will also keep a rapport with people that he comes in contact with on a consistant basis, whether it is the contact for that account or another person agreed on by the contact and route specialist, to stay on top of any requests or issues that may need attention.
